003- Parks and Reserves
Established in 1975 to breed locally extinct or endangered wildlife, the Shomari Reserve occupies 22 square kilometers of desert grassland. It hosts the Arabian oryx, Persian onager, and other rare animals. It includes an observation tower, a small zoo, a picnic area, and exhibits.
